About the Founders

 

Mothership was founded by a mother-daughter design team in Eastern NC.  Lesley, and her daughter Harper, spend every summer at the Crystal Coast swimming, surfing and boating. They live in bikinis. Designing pieces that are comfortable, cosmically cute, and easy to move in is their goal. They are passionate about ethical and eco-friendly manufacturing, no exceptions. The Mothership loves Mother Earth and all of its fellow Earthlings. Spreading awareness about skin cancer is one of their primary missions. With a family history of melanoma, and Lesley's medical expertise as a FNP, they are well equipped to offer education on sun safety to all the space girls that board the Mothership.
